Jasmine is a wonderful instructor, patient and understanding to the needs of her students. She is clear, focused, and detailed oriented. Her charm and wit conveys to the class that it is possible to learn, and use the computer. And if there were any questions she could not answer, it would be a surprise...but she will use all resources to find the correct and positive answer for a sound learning experience.

I was a member of several classes Jasmine taught at OTX West. Because I am a senior I was very appreciative of her patience and teaching style. I am still able to use some of the google apps in my volunteer work that I do for the church because of the wonderful handouts she gave us. Both my family and church enjoy what can be done in making picture collages. She also gave up additional time after class to help her students. Jasmine is a wonderful teacher.

Jasmine is a wonderful Teacher, she has the patience of a saint. I am a Senior and sometime it takes a longer these days to get it. I attended Jasmine class for a period of eight weeks. I stop when OTX.stop having the Advance classes. I still used the skills I learn like Picasa and Google Doc, and the highlite of my classes using Google Voice boy am I a Happy Camper

What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly adults who have some basic computer skills but want to learn more about web tools and social networking. They want to learn how to scan their photos into the computer and then how to edit them using Photoshop or a similar program. Then all the things you can do on-line such as: digital scrap-booking, how to make a website, how to use Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
