I'm a small business owner and recently moved locations. Alex helped to set up new computers for my self and interns. He connected all of my business devices, fixed our router issues, and helped one intern with an iPad (I don't know anything about Mac!). He also fixed some of the Ethernet ports in the walls that were causing us issues. He was very pleasant to work with, showed up on time, and was very patient.
