I have been providing exceptional massage services to individuals and businesses for over 14 years. I have studied many different modalities and continue to learn so I can offer my client the best experience possible. I offer sessions in Swedish, deep tissue, Cranial Sacral, pregnancy massage, hot stone and Reiki, as well i offer massage at the workplace.. I absolutely love my work, I am professional and certified, and I carry liability insurance. What I enjoy about my work is seeing my clients relieved and witnessing their well being and the freedom they feel in their bodies, after having someone listened to their bodies needs. . I greet each client with a positive, non judgmental and nurturing presence, and together we tailor your session to meet your needs and goals. Catherine is a gifted therapist with an exquisite ability to heal, calm and repair. Her technique is clearly a result of disciplined training matched with uncanny intuition the perfect combination. For years Ive seen her to; ease chronic back pain, loosen bad spasms, or just balance overworked muscles. Time and again I leave in great shape and always in much improved condition. Zen and calm are the words I would use to describe my state after an hour with her. On top of the muscular benefits, my spirit and psyche do well too as she invites ultimate relaxation and consciousness into every session. Her calming reminders to, breathe and exhale, are so helpful as they are so easily overlooked in todays chaotic world. She really helps my mind and body relax and take a break every time I see her. An added plus with Catherine is her knowledge of anatomy and health Im always fascinated when she explains that x muscle is attached to y muscle, hence z pressure point will release whatever ails you. Additionally, she provides stretching and light exercise suggestions that always aid muscle recovery. Catherine is a great person with a light hearted sense of humor and the best touch around. Sensitive yet firm, healing and kind all wrapped up into one magical person. What more could one want in a massage therapist?

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$15 off your 1st *. Outcall : 1 hour: $120 1.5 ...... $140 Chair massage : $80 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. Intro price, 1st hour is $40
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I inquire about your general state of well being. As well, I ask about injuries, we discuss appropriate techniques and desired amount of pressure, etc.Then we tailor a session to meet your goals and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certificates in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Cranial Sacral and Reiki. As well I have have studied prenatal massage and offer Hot Stone massage, as well i use Trigger point, accupressure and myofascial techniques.
