About
Hi, I'm Cassidy!
I am clinical nutritionist trained in integrative and functional health. I am passionate about working with individuals to support their physical and mental health through nutrition and lifestyle changes. Many individuals come to me discouraged by their current healthcare, feeling frustrated, dismissed, or confused on what direction to take. My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
I am a Certified Nutrition Specialist, the most advanced certification for personalized nutrition practitioners. I have my Master's in Nutrition and Integrative Health and my Bachelor's in Psychology.
What you eat can play a huge role in your health. It can also be very confusing to know exactly what to eat when you are inundated with so many different diets and eating styles in the media.
Integrative nutrition is so much more than just food – we will look at how lifestyle, movement, sleep, stress, may be affecting your health. Working from a functional nutrition perspective means there may be testing to get to the root of what is going on (micronutrient, hormone or stool testing, assessing your lab work) and/or supplementation.
I offer 1:1 nutrition consultations, as well as various packages to best suit your care. Take a look at my website for more information and feel free to book at 15-minute call to see if we would be a good fit. I look forward to working together on your health journey!

Cassidy was very professional and thorough throughout our appointment. She brought up things about my health and diet that I hadn’t thought of and listened in a way I haven't felt from my doctor. I felt comfortable throughout my session and felt supported while we worked together,

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a Certified Nutritionist practicing out of the state of Oregon, but because I am working toward licensure and am under supervision, I want to offer services at a lower rate.
Initial Consultation (60 Minutes): $75-100
Follow Up Sessions (30 Minutes): $20-40
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first have a 15-minute phone call to ensure we are the right fit for each other. I will send you onboarding and intake paperwork where I can get a better understanding of your medical history, symptoms, current condition, and goals. We will then schedule an initial consultation appointment, where we will go your paperwork and allow me to get to know you a bit more. From there, we will create a plan for meeting together regularly to reach your goals and feel your best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master's degree from Maryland University of Integrative Health in Nutrition and Integrative Health with a concentration in Human Clinical Nutrition. I have my Bachelor's degree from University of Oregon in Psychology and Philosophy. I have also received a certificate of training from The Center for Nutritional Psychology. Finally, I am currently enrolled in a program through The Clinician's Incubator where I am continuing my education, seeing clients, and am under supervision until I am licensed.
