Nancy is flexible with scheduling, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE that she comes to the house. AND my hubby sounds better singing to me :-) Maybe 5 stars, but we need to go for a while, before that award. Will update after a few lessons.

I came to Jennifer looking for help on basic singing lessons. During the short term I have worked with her I found her to be engaging, helpful, patient and good-natured. Jennifer is an excellent instructor as well as a terrific performer in her own right. I consider her a "rock star ".

I saw Amy Gillette for a test singing lesson. I had never taken a voice class before and was very, VERY nervous, but Amy made me feel right at home. She was supportive, funny, and most of all, honest. Our appointment was held in her home; I don't know if that's the norm for CMS teachers, but I found this setting perfectly suited to my needs. I can't wait to start regular sessions!

I only took one lesson, but my singing has improved tenfolds. Its something my teacher said that just clicked inside of me and I found my voice. I love my teacher and I plan on going back very soon because singing is something I really want to master. My only problem was that I asked could I pay for one lesson at a time and they told me no. I had to pay for a set amount of classes, which I couldn't do at the time. I'm so busy all the time and I have so many new responsibilities that I couldn't possibly commit to so much at one time. So I've been pushing singing lessons off and now people are calling me, telling me I can do it, but I'm already in the mist of pursuing other hobbies and focusing on other things. They should of said it was okay the minute I asked, instead of trying to play games. All in all it's a great company.

I began my voice lessons with California Music a few months ago and I have been nothing but pleased with their services. They asked me what I was looking for in a music teacher and, being a lover of soul and jazz music, they placed me with my amazing voice coach who has recorded a few R&B albums an also written a book on singing. I never knew that I would learn so much in just 2 months of being with her and my whole family has commented on my improvement with and without knowing I've been having lessons. Their staff is very friendly and helpful and their services are very accommodating as I am a working professional and often need to reschedule lessons. I will be continuing with then as I feel they really care about my music education an my needs.
