Rosendo repaired the flashing around the skylight, he came very early right before the rain started and finished the job with his brother. No more leaks after several days of heavy rain, he included a 3 year warranty.

Rosendo simply did a fine job for us, making repairs to our roof. We had a good leak around the skylight showing up in the last heavy rains. He was able to find time to assess, provide quote and complete repairs before the next storm hit. The attention detail was excellent; price and quality of work were on the mark. We have an older roof that is not quite ready to be replaced yet but will be sooner than later. When it is time, we will call Rosendo.
