The quote I gave you over the phone was specifically for one kitchen backsplash, but when I arrived and saw the full scope, it was clear there was significantly more tile work involved. Regarding your concern about the grass, I want to clarify that my workers do not dispose of grout in that manner. I offered to repair or address anything that may have been damaged, but you chose not to proceed with that option. I truly value my customers and always work hard to make things right. I’m sorry this experience didn’t meet your expectations, and I wish we could have resolved it directly. If you change your mind, I’m still willing to help.
