Introduction: I give clients what they want while giving them what they need... the perfect combination so they leave feeling stronger and more connected to their body. I pay great attention to the details. The smallest adjustment can make all the difference. Seeing people get stronger and doing exercises they said "no way" in the beginning.When people leave my session they feel better mentally and physically. Yay!

I consider myself fortunate to have discovered both Pilates and Christine. I've been a Pilates devotee for several years, and have tried lots of Pilates venues and instructors. Christine is very caring and considerate in her instruction, and yet is result-oriented. I've been her student now for about 2 years and have no plans to change.

Christine is very knowledgable. I've done Pilates for years, but my regular trainer moved to NY. Then I found Christine. She's great. Get's me motivated even when I thought not possible. Her knowledge of how to do the physical therapy part is amazing. I would recommend her (and have) to anyone without hesitation.

After 3 years of bi-weekly Pilates sessions --- each is always new and different, never routine. Christine customizes each workout to focus on a particular pain or muscle tension issue while balancing the whole body for a balanced workout including a mix of yoga, core strength and barre techniques.

Christine is an outstanding Pilates and fitness instructor. Her sessions are well thought out to either help you with problems you may have (I have a pinched nerve in my neck) or improve your overall fitness. I've been going to Christine for over 5 years because I always feel better after her workouts. I highly recommend her.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I trained at "power Pilates" in NY in the classical method. I have since done many workshops and trained with some of the best! Although trained classically I tend to take a contemporary approach to incorporate what is essential for each client individually.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    While living in New York pursuing a career in fashion I took my first PILATES session and had the epiphany... This is what I'm suppose to do! It changed my body and my mind.
