I inherited a piece of property from my grandfather who passed away recently here in Silicon Valley. I hired Silicon Valley Renovations for a bathroom remodel. I think this was in the cards for my grandfathers plans, but he never got the opportunity to.
Since I thought "this is what he would of wanted," I went ahead and took care of it. It felt like the right thing to do. Unfortunately, he didn't leave a Rolodex behind of who to call for home renovations. So I had to do things the old fashioned way, which was good ol' research.
Through my due diligence, I discovered Silicon Valley Renovations. They seemed to have a good reputation and were in business long enough to have a definitive idea of what they were doing. So I scheduled an appointment, met with the owner Eli, and went over the schematics of the bathroom.
Eli didn't require much direction based on the information that was provided to him. Him and his team began working on the renovations for the bathroom. The theme was going to be marble. It took them about 4-5 weeks to fully flesh out the design of the bathroom.
I must say, it turned out marvelous. My grandfather would of been very pleased! Thank you for your quality workmanship and professionalism throughout this bathroom renovation project! I recommend Silicon Valley Renovations for your remodeling needs.

I just wonted to update my roof and Silico Valley Rnovations was one of my free consultation General contractor that stepped in to my house. The one thing that help me move forward was when Silicon Valley Renovations actually showed me the benefits and explained the upgrades that I’m getting in return. I end up changing my roof ,windows and added solar system.. Now not only that I raise the value of my house by 10 to 15% but also I became green and receive 30% tax return and rebates !! Yes!! Wow !! They have amazing program that eliminate the electrical bill Permanently including crazy upgrades . Thank you SVR!! I’m am very excited for my next project .. and we allrady understand Who will get the job. !!

David and his brother Pedro were amazing they work together to provide us with a quick inefficient job they worked with us on payment and were able to help us with any little side things that came along definitely recommend if you're looking for a professional team no job too big or small it doesn't matter they're your team

We had one of the representative from Silicon Valley renovations showing up and giving us the best solution to our issue regarding the roof. We actually end up replacing our existing composition shingles into a new roof tile and we are very happy and satisfied with the work and quality been done to our roof . Thank you SVR
