Ilya is very professional and quick to answer my questions. He patiently explained the situation and remedies. After the emergency solution to my leaky roof, he gave me an estimate to repair the ridges and replace the vents. The estimate is reasonable so he’s going to do the repair this week weather permitting. I will do a follow up review after the final roof repair is done with photos.

I noticed a crack on my flat roof seems, Llya from Samson roofing responded quickly and came to inspect the very next day. He arrived and early, punctual and very professional. He inspected my roof very thoroughly and pointed out all the possible issues. He was very honest and knowledgeable. It is by far the best interaction I have ever had with a roofing company. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Client is called by the office to schedule an appointment with all decision makers. Project manager will give a thorough roof inspection and consultation approximately 30-45min. Our project managers than leave a price for you to discuss.
