After 21 years in our 1957 home, we decided a major remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and both bathrooms was needed. We spoke with numerous contractors and design companies, and picked MC. Not once during the entire planning and actual construction process have we regretted our choice. Mike and his entire team listened to our wants and concerns, and were thoroughly professional every step. Costs were disclosed and explained, questions were immediately answered, and any problems were quickly rectified. The quality of the work was first rate and all the guys put in long hours to complete the job as quickly as possible. We couldn't be happier with the end result. A super job!

I highly recommend MC Construction and Designs! They were professional, prompt, and communicated exceptionally well throughout the entire project. Misdiagnosed a leak twice. Still paid twice. They finally got the repair correct on the third try and didn't bill. But they left a bunch of construction junk. Was injured requiring surgery at the time and so was not exactingly demanding. Called a day or two later with photos of the junk left on the job site and a photo of their "finished drywall." Nice guys but not professionally responsible for completing their work without a lot of micromanagement. Below is a photo of what they consider a completed drywall job.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
Leak detection and repair can sometimes be challenging, especially when symptoms point to multiple potential sources. While we understand your frustration with the time it took to fully resolve the issue, we did ultimately identify and correct the problem, and we did not charge for the final repair visit in an effort to make things right.
Regarding the drywall concerns, after receiving your photos we reached out and offered to return and make any necessary repairs. During that conversation, you informed us that you had already hired someone else to complete the work without first giving us the opportunity to address the issue ourselves. We also offered to reimburse you for the repair expense, but that offer was declined.
As for the job site cleanup, we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Our goal is always to leave every project clean and completed to a professional standard, and we take feedback like this seriously as we continually work to improve our processes.
We sincerely wish you a smooth recovery from your surgery and appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you. While we regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations, we believe we made every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns and stand behind our commitment to customer service.

We recently completed a full remodel of our primary bathroom and walk-in closet with MC Construction and Design, and we could not be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and truly cared about the quality of their work.
They transformed our outdated bathtub/shower combination into a large, beautiful walk-in shower that completely elevated the space. They also installed gorgeous new floor tile, replaced our vanity and toilet, and expanded our walk-in closet to create so much more functionality and storage.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout the project were outstanding. The crew was respectful, reliable, and kept the project moving smoothly while maintaining a clean work area.
