I had a very good experience working with MC Construction and Design. They did a roof repair over the garage, new rain gutters (including a new gutter over the front door plus a new downspout to solve an annoying problem in the winter months) and painted the whole house.
My job manager was Bar, and he was very easy to work with. He came over and did a very thorough job measuring for the estimate, and even climbed up on the roof to scope out how things looked and where the leak might be. His estimate was right in the same range as some other companies we talked to, and his thorough approach to estimating the job helped make the decision to go with MC Construction and Design. They even worked with me a little on the initial price, much appreciated!
I'm very happy with the work. The paint prep was done very well, power washing the house, patching the stucco, then primer and paint. They did a great job with all our trim and keeping things clean and precise, protecting the windows and doors. The roof work and gutters ended up very nice, and super smooth install.
Bar was in touch every day, and was quick to adapt to any small update or detail we'd missed in the planning phases. The same goes for the crew, very flexible and easy to work with. Glad to finally have the work done!

Mike and Yanni have a great team! They did painting and new flooring in my house. I changed my mind about the colors a couple of times and they were very patient with me. They finished the job on time and the price felt very fair. Overall, I would highly recommend them as a company especially since they are a family business. Thank you

MC just finished overseeing a major roof/waterproofing overhaul for my 5-unit townhouse building and I am extremely pleased with the results!! The building has flat roofs and rooftop decks that leak in random places every time it rains, and I spent countless hours discussing with over 20 contractors to do a complete demo and rebuild of the entire top surface of the building. I went with MC even though they were not the least expensive (but still very reasonably priced) because they were thorough and exceptionally quick in their proposal (vs some others that kept calling me but would never give me an actual quote), their proposal was more inclusive (vs some others that charged extra for everything from plywood to metal drain covers), and because the GC Mike just left an overall excellent impression. I was not disappointed - the crew that did the work was very experienced, very friendly, very reasonable/accommodating, and produced excellent results. I had to do quite a bit of coordination and managing myself, but Mike was responsive and helpful at every step. I can't wait to post pictures once our decorations, furniture, etc are all in place. One side note - now that we have been through this process, MC should have no problem working with and insuring HOAs, another plus!
TL;DR MC is exceptionally responsive, their work is high quality, and the prices are very fair and reasonable - these are the most important factors of any major project and considered together I'm thrilled with my decision to go with MC!!

MC Construction just finished refacing my cabinets and redoing the countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! My kitchen looks 20 years younger! So happy with the results. They promised me that it would be completed before Thanksgiving and they totally outdid it! I will definitely recommend the company to friends and family!!!!
