I used Oz locksmith to re-key our new home we just moved into. Ron was so responsive from the get-go and continued to follow up with me as I got busy with other home projects which I appreciated. He was so kind and easy to work with on scheduling. He was reasonably priced, flexible, and even did some extra things for me which showed to me that he cares about the work he does and about his clients. I will be using him again soon to install a smart lock!

I called a few companies and finally Ron from Oz locksmith was able to answer quickly and come here in 20 minutes to change my deadbolt lock to a new one. Very happy with the price and service. Very nice guy. Cheers.

My deadbolt looks antique already and I have to replace it. I called Ron from this locksmith service to help me out. He arrived quickly and then walked me through the entire process. From his tool bag, he took out a new deadbolt and installed it on our door. Smooth and fast work. They are now my go-to locksmith.

I called in about two locksmiths, but neither of them got the job done. Finally called this company, and in an hour or so they had a locksmith at my home and brought me 3 new locks that were already tested. Worked like a charm!

Will change price on you when he arrives. Have him email you a price before giving out your information. That way you have it on paper. Hard nowadays to trust anyone. A bit pricey for 5 minutes of work. Other than that a job well done.

Hi. Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the price. It wasn’t 5 minutes and my technician is well trained to do his job fast and professional in the last 4 years. You told us yourself that our competitors offered you prices around 250$-300$ when we charged you only 200$ for a new car key + programming. I think it’s more than a fair price that no one would give you. Thank you for your business.
