- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Traveling Fee starts $40 but we provide discount on the travel fee after 8 Signatures or 4 Apostille Documents. California Notary standard rate is $15 per signature however, we offer discounts depending on the project reach out to us for more details At your service and looking forward doing business with you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone consultation to provide details of necessary information needed to complete service. Provide follow-up email that will provide step by step details regarding process. Depending on the type of document we ask that the client brings his/her document(s) along with an Identification such as DL, ID or Passport. Depending on the project it takes about 10-15 minutes.
