We hired Conrad Property Management (CPM) back in 2015 to manage our two apartment buildings on the Westside. It was the best decision we could have made. CPM is extremely detailed and thorough. You can tell they care about the buildings and the work they do because they keep everything extremely well maintained. In addition to the normal day to day management, they worked with us on a plan to optimize the rents on each of our units by engaging in minor, inexpensive upgrades. Last year CPM increased our rents by 6.6% on one property and 5.8% on the other! CPM also oversaw some major capital improvement projects including a full elevator modernization and seismic retrofit project – at no additional fee. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking for first class management.

CPM property management people are the best people ive dealt with in decades! Im a current tenant and they do an amazing job maintaining both the exterior and interior of the building. My current unit was beautifully revamped by them right before I moved in! Lastly, they are always friendly and address any concern I have in a timely manner. Thanks guys!
