- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is relative to the size of the tank, what is in the tank, location of the tank, and the services needed for the tank. Discounts are offered for certain things such as new customers, water already on site, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer is an easy process, usually they contact me via text or call, I get some information and pictures about the tank and location and we schedule a time that I can come get it done, that's it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have no formal education in aquarium servicing I have invested countless hours into research, reading, and of course hands on tank cleaning of all kinds.
