- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We guarantee satisfaction, if you don't like the finished product, you don't pay. Our pricing is transparent, ask for a quote! We'll do whatever we can to work within your budget and still give you what you're looking for!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, getting a clear picture of what the customer wants, and communicating what the finished product will look like. From there it's mostly nuts and bolts: scheduling the filming date(s), planning shot lists/scripts, coordinating people and equipment as necessary, filming, post-production (editing, color correction, voiceovers, etc.), sending a draft to the customer, making the appropriate revisions, then of course delivering the shiny, sparkling final product.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started with photography many years ago as a hobby. Later, as drones hit the market, saw an opportunity and jumped on it, logging many hours flying and shooting video. This then evolved into videography and photography from all perspectives to serve a wider clientele.
