Introduction: Our services include window washing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, bathrooms, ceiling fans and countertops. We can provide a onetime, every week, every-other-week, once-a-month or twice-a-year cleanup. We provide all the cleaning products unless my customers prefer to use their own due to allergies. We have solutions for hard-to-clean areas and how to keep them clean. We provide nightly services for businesses and daily cleaning for homes.

I would recommend Christina to anyone wanting a clean house. She will do anything you ask her to do and do it well. In addition she is pleasant and trustworthy. You'll not be disappointed when you hire Christina.

After careful consideration in my decision to choose a cleaning service that could provide what I needed for a price I can afford, I chose The Dust Collector.
Christina came to my house, I walked her through the rooms and told her what I wanted from each room is a deep top to bottom cleaning (disinfected bathrooms, polished wood, clean windows and blinds), we agreed on a price and we set a date.
The day came and I informed her that my husband was home to let them in and take care of business.
The whole process took a little over two hours. Once they were done, my husband paid them and they went on their way. Christina offered to do a walk through, and my husband graciously declined and stated that he would wait until I came home to do it.
That afternoon, I arrived home and completed my walk through with my husband. Overall the house was clean. Counters were wiped down, furniture was dusted and the floors were clean. However there were many things that's were missed. One window looked as if was sprayed and then never wiped. The microwave still has grease splatters and some windows were never cleaned at all. I quickly grabbed my phone and started photographing areas of concern. I contact Christina and informed her of what I was concerned about. She apologized and offered to return to complete the work. The following day I checked back in to set up a date and time. She became hesitant and defensive about coming back to complete the work. After a conversation and more pictures, she informed me that she would not be returning and would refund me 9.33% of my money. I chose business because I felt confident that the service would match the price. If I am paying almost $400 for a deep top to bottom clean, I would like to see the quality that this business boasts about. Another thing, it only took her and her coworkers two hours to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1,456square foot home... Other business that I had met with and came to my home stated longer working hours. It also take my husband and me more than 2 hours to clean our home.
Basically, long story short, the job done wasn't worth the money paid. I won't be recommending her or her business to anyone. I wish I could post pictures as proof of what exactly I am talking about.

If you decide to give a business a review, please post the TRUTH-always. Four different times she was untruthful in her review. As I have in the past and will continue to do with future clients, I will ask them to walk through the home with me when we are done cleaning for one-time clean ups. This particular situation I asked her husband to walk through with me before leaving, he stated, "he was too tired" 7 hours later she began her texts as to what was missed. Per our agreement some of the items she stated in the review were not even on the list we agreed on. I did state that we would return to do a few of the other items that I overlooked. I had no problem in doing that. And "No" I did not send her any money, because she would not accept it. I have been in business for over a year and have had many clients who love my work and they still exist as my client. I hope that anyone who reads the review and my post about this client would keep in mind that I would go above and beyond what any other cleaning company would do to make them happy (cleaning). I value my work and the people that I have the opportunity to clean for. I also have clients who own businesses and they are very happy with what I do. I thank all of them for trusting in my business and for open and honest communication. As most of you know I am a trustworthy, honest, hard-working, God fearing woman who wants nothing more than to build the business that God has entrusted me with. In utmost integrity and to work hard in achieving a valuable customer. If anyone would like references in the future I would gladly give them.
