Introduction: I offer individual and family counseling in the Sacramento area, specializing in a variety of areas, including children, teens, veterans/families, couples, end-of-life support, bereavement, cancer and heart disease support, depression, stress, and anxiety. I also offer reduced-fee individual and group counseling for MFT/LCSW students. Age-appropriate interventions I use include dialogue, play, sand-tray, art, and mindfulness techniques. I accept private pay, Tricare (veterans), and Sutter EAP insurance. I will also work with the client's insurance for reimbursement and offer reduced-fee services per client's need. Weekend hours are available for optimal client convenience.
