- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here are the steps to working with a new customer: 1 - Initial consultation and need assessment - Speak with clients and possibly view work area to determine overall needs. 2. Project planning and design - Work closely with Owners and other design professionals on the team to insure designs are met and plan for integration. 3. Pre-construction activities - Work with clients on items necessary to start a project. Making plans for pulling/obtaining Permits/Planning department comments / Pulling necessary Encroachment permits / Site protection procedures / review site Fencing needs. Lineage Construction believes effective communication and clear expectations are crucial throughout these stages.

The Owner, Chris Collins has a degree in Business Management and has worked as a project manager building custom homes and custom remodels for the past 18 years.
