Jeff and his team did an amazing job. I originally had a guy start this project that was very unprofessional and was hard to get ahold of so we canceled our contract with him and we’re referred to Jeff and I am so happy we did. His work and communication with me was far more than I could have expected. Thank you I will be calling you in the near future for our kitchen and hall bathroom remodels

On 4/20 I spoke to Jeff to have him look at my project on 4/22. On 4/21 we reconfirmed the apt, my address, and my cell phone number.
Apt time rolls around on 4/22, no word. I reached out 20 minutes after apt to check and see if jeff was still coming. Checked back in two hours later, no word.
Next day, no word. No apology, no excuse.
I have two toddlers that I had to shuffle around plans to accommodate this apt. I am 15 days away from having a third baby. Time is of the essence. The lack or professionalism and respect for peoples time on Jeffs part is disappointing and frustrating.
