We hired Josh to tear up our old patio and pour a new one to coordinate better with an existing stamped slab in our backyard. Josh and his crew are very friendly and professional, a quality that many small businesses seem to lack these days. They were also on time every day, which was great. Josh was knowledgeable with his suggestions and recommendations for tying in the new patio with the old one. I was a little nervous that it would look tacky (how can you make a new patio match a 5 year old patio?), but was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. We told Josh what we wanted in a general sense and he did a great job taking the lead and making some slight modifications that made the end result look wonderful. I was surprised at how cohesive the new patio is with the old. He matched it perfectly. I love the stamping, the brushed border he recommended, the shape, mostly everything. My only complaint would be that one of the rounded edges was framed a little sloppy and is, therefore, not as smooth and consistent as the rest of the patio. We told Josh this before he came to remove the framing and asked he bring his grinder, which he did. He was able to make it look a little better but I still wish a little more care would have been taken when laying the original frame work. Regardless of this, I still feel like he deserves 5 stars for his quality of work and professionalism and would recommend him to friends and family.

Josh and his team completed a backyard concrete patio for me. Right from the start, Josh was responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. He provided a quote free of charge. Once we decided to go with him, he was quick to reply and worked with my schedule to complete the patio. Josh and his crew members were very polite, professional and hard-working. They made sure to ask me if I liked the design and showed me different options throughout the project to make sure I would be happy. The final project looks amazing and I am so excited to use our beautiful new patio. We have already gotten many compliments on it. Thank you Josh and team! Josh and his crew did complete 90% of the work they were hired to do! But there is a difference between just doing it and doing it the way it supposed to be done. Quality of workmanship is pathetic. We had them do concrete work for the back and side yard, apart from landscaping. They did an pathetic job doing it. Moreover we had asked for stamped finish with color. They got the color wrong as well. Then they came with all sorts of excuses and promised to fix it. We asked them to stain it because nothing much could be done after they had laid the concrete and messed up the color. Urbano construction opted to run away. After 100's of missed calls and failed promises I gave up chasing these goons. And yes in all of this they obviously didn't seal our concrete which was part of the deal. Now I have hired state contractor to correct all of their mess. After 15k$ down their pocket I regret every part of my decision to hire them. I look forward to sue them in court soon post my consultation with attorney ! I have waited too long. This project started in June-July 2015

January 8, 2016 Gautam Kaul Thank you for your review. I have never had someone be so vulgar and rude when it comes to me doing their work. I have always felt that I have gone above and beyond. The thing about websites like these you leave yourself open for praise or criticism. Unfortunately sometimes peoples personalities don't match. I am a little shocked to see your slander towards me in the review but anger does that. I can accept it. I should have known from our everyday interactions. I can only imagine the hatred your feeling when writing your review and for that I am sorry. You say I got the color wrong? You guys picked out the color! I told you it might not look the same there are always some variances. It states that right in the book you chose it from. When your wife said she didn't like it I said I would try and fix it. My ultimate goal was to make you guys happy. So I went above and beyond, I did not have to do that because per our contract my part had been done. We had to wait and let the concrete cure to see if the color changed, which it had and it still wasn't the color she liked. So I got a different color put it on and she still didn't like it. As I understand the frustration that your wife wasn't happy I was trying. In the mean time we were doing other work. You would say to do it one way and your wife would change it, not once did I complain or ask for money extra money for doing things twice just wanted you guys to be happy. Ultimately it seems I have failed. I apologize for that. You also make it seem like you have paid me in full. You have not! There was money left for the sealing to be done and money owed for all the extra work performed. You say I opted to run away, I have not. While all this was going on I had an immediate family member that was hospitalized with a life or death situation. So yes I did miss a few phone calls and didn't make it over there. I was not just intentionally ignoring you. I couldn't just send someone else in my place because I knew once we stained it. It had to be right because you guys didn't like the color. Even though we were at the hospital I still was going to make time and you guys were not available. So when I talked to you, you were irritated and said you were going to take the money that was owed to me and have someone stain and seal. I understood the frustration you wanted the color changed. After all this I just cannot wrap my head around you saying we did pathetic craftsmanship. You were so happy with everything while I was there. Im looking at all the pictures I took and see a very nice job. Once again I understand how anger works. I am really sorry for any ill feelings I have caused you. I will do whatever it takes for you guys to be happy If you didn't hire someone else to do the stain and seal like you said you were. I will gladly come do that for you and you can keep the money owed and leave your review up if that's what you want. We can finish this however you would like. Ive always enjoyed doing this job. I have learned some valuable lessons to grow and get better. Once again the beauty of this country is we are all free to say and write whatever we want no matter of circumstance or truth. I will accept all your criticisms no matter what detriment it does to me or my family. Once again if you have not stained or sealed I will come finish that for you .I am more than happy to deal with this however you like. Have a great day. Josh and his crew went above and beyond any contractor. It has been about 4 months since my job was finished and I am very happy, the heavy rain is draining perfectly, I have lots of driving space, patio and dog run. JT Urbano also did cement for at least 4 of my neighbor's, everyone wanted his card after seeing his work. I'll start with my favorite things. Josh really listens. My first priority was to get my dog moved into my new construction, so Josh got the cement poured from my back door threw my dog run and put up a fence and gate right away. Then he kept in contact to make sure we were happy throughout the job. I hired him after meeting with 5 contractors, his price was the best and he would do all the extras I needed done. I was very pleased that I was able to add lots more as the job progressed because there were things I didn't think of. Josh was so kind to add to my massive concrete job, a BBQ drain, power, gas and water, a dog fence and gate, extra water spickets, a side driveway with a gate, and even artwork in my front drive. The best part is that in the middle of the job when I wanted to add something he didn't overcharge me! His prices for additions were nicely discussed, explained and very reasonable. He finished the job by making sure we were happy with everything, even down to my sprinkler valves. Thank you Josh from the Bowers family and neighbors!

I like to really get a good understanding of what the client is looking for . I want people to feel comfortable with me and my guys and always go above and beyond what the expectations are.

We have went to lots of classes on concrete finishes,sod installation and new fertilizers. Water efficiency and certified swwp. Ada compliance certified. We have all been in construction since the 90s
