I cannot recommend Sam highly enough. My 90-year-old father was alone in his condo on a cold Sunday when the furnace suddenly stopped working. I found him through Thumbtack, and he responded immediately. He came out the very same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace running again in no time. What impressed me most was not only his expertise, but also his kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my father’s well-being. Knowing that an elderly person was without heat, he treated the situation with urgency and compassion. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this experience was exceptional. Incredible experience. First company I called out said they don’t repair floor furnaces and tried to sell me a new mini split system for $25k.
