I highly recommend this HVAC company! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly, and got the job done right.

What really stood out to me was his attention to detail and the quality of his work. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, and I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure everything was working properly.

If you’re looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled with HVAC work, look no further. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs. Great guy, great service, and great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I cannot recommend Sam highly enough. My 90-year-old father was alone in his condo on a cold Sunday when the furnace suddenly stopped working. I found him through Thumbtack, and he responded immediately. He came out the very same day, quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace running again in no time.

What impressed me most was not only his expertise, but also his kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for my father’s well-being. Knowing that an elderly person was without heat, he treated the situation with urgency and compassion.

In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, this experience was exceptional. Thanks to him, my father was warm, comfortable, and safe. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing furnace repair.

Thank you for going above and beyond!

Incredible experience. First company I called out said they don’t repair floor furnaces and tried to sell me a new mini split system for $25k. Ramsey responded quickly, was easy to work with and professional. Had the furnace up and running immediately and saved the day. I highly recommend using Precision Climate.
