- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find it too difficult to charge the same price for services due to the varying nature of each job. I do try to stay in a general price range (usually a per sqft price) and go up or down depending on the complexity of the job. On extremely complex jobs I will request time & materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually meet in person, view the job and go over it with the customer. Then I will put together an estimate & job scope, if approved by the client we will sign a contract for the work. If i dont hear back within 3 days i will follow up once.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my knowlege is from 10 years of field experience. I originally started with HVAC work and switched to remodel after the first year. I have worked for a variety of contractors and worked with many individuals in various trades over the last 10 years on several hundred homes to gain the knowlege required to complete all of your home improvement needs.
