We recently hired Footprints to retile our shower, and the results are stunning. I worked directly with the owner, Bob Linda, on the proposal and measurements. He was a pleasure to work with and was very patient as we pivoted from large format tile to a much more intricate mosaic design mid-process. Even though the scope of labor increased significantly, Bob honored our original agreement, which really speaks to his integrity.
The installer, Jesus, was incredibly meticulous. I provided all the materials, including Kerdi board for the waterproofing and the mosaic tiles, and Jesus's attention to detail during the two-week installation was impressive. He handled the Kerdi board and intricate mosaic work flawlessly—it’s clear he takes great pride in his craft.
We did have a couple of minor 'DIY' fixes at the end, like replacing the shower head and cleaning off some remaining grout haze, but in the grand scheme of such a complex and high-quality tile job, I was happy to handle those small details. If you are looking for a team that can execute a technical, high-end installation with precision, I highly recommend Bob and the Footprints team.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with **Footprint Floors**! Bob, Rudy, and Alex were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had a tough project — removing old carpet from the stairs and inlaying tile — which required some reconstruction work. They handled it beautifully!
The original tile throughout our downstairs was over 20 years old, and they did a seamless job demoing it and installing the new tile. They even transformed the steps leading down into our living room, which were previously oak and then carpet — now they look stunning with tile. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are top-notch.
What a transformation! Our home looks brand new, and we can’t stop admiring the results. If you’re looking for skilled professionals who truly care about their work, **Footprint Floors** is the company to call. Highly recommend!

Footprint Floors responded immediately to my inquiry about tiling a floor and walls, and we scheduled an onsite estimating visit 3 days later.
Bob and I spoke by phone an hour before the onsite visit was scheduled. He advised me they don’t do drywall work which was a part of my original wall tiling request.
So I suggested we estimate the job assuming we will tile over the existing drywall and the existing flooring.
Then Bob confirmed the dimensions of the space to be tiled. It’s small, a mechanical closet less than 100sf. Bob advised me Footprint’s minimum job estimate is $2,500. Which is more than I want to spend for the work.
This info may save others’ time. Footprint was responsive and polite, but an initial phone call probably would have served me better than messaging.

We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will give estimates on the spot and schedule your project date with you.
