She responded immediately. But after was an extreme lack of communication. For days. When I asked if she was going to do the job. She said payment is required first. It has been a week or more. And still no response on how I pay. She did on day one rcv all my court papers death certificate. All legal documentation. I am now speaking to another.

All payments are required before ANY work project is performed that is my company policy. I would have initiated the work if payment was received.

I spoke with another paralegal and the information provided was amazing and I was not aware that it was needed. Wonderful lady to chat with, but all she wanted was money, no upfront information or plan. This is exhausting, and frustrating.
