Introduction: Golden Gardens is widely known as the "Gold Standard for the Golden Years." We offer a peaceful, rural setting in the middle of Fallbrook, two minutes away from Fallbrook Hospital. We help promote a balanced life - physically, mentally, socially and spiritually through personalized levels of care and stimulating and meaningful activities. Our primary concern is providing our residents (who become members of our extended family) the highest level of comfort and quality of life that is possible. Our services are designed to maximize individual capabilities of our residents, whether they are ambulatory, non-ambulatory, functioning normally, or in hospice, or with Dementia or Alzheimer's. We promote independence to the extent possible, while we ensure the safety, care and dignity of our residents with a focus on wellness, based on their changing needs. Our staff of caregivers is certified and rigorously trained to meet all resident needs. They are awake on-site providing services 24 hours a day. Our home is open 24 hours/day for family member visits. We offer free, professional counseling regarding applying for benefits, such as from VA.
