Joe is exactly what a handyman should be....friendly, knowledgable, flexible, ethical, and above all....experienced! I just moved into my new home in Fallbrook CA and found the cooktop's raised ventilation downdraft mechanism wasn't working properly so I contacted the homeowner's insurance company that was put in place when the home was in escrow. Long story short, two separate appliance repair companies were sent by the insurance co. (Fidelity National Home Warranty) to solve the problem and neither did so on the third attempt, let me find someone on my own and that's how I found Joe through Thumbtack.
It took Joe about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue and fix the problem. Case closed!
