Variable depending on the number of committed meetings we have each week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Total Body Assesment: general health (including medical) exercise ability and level; alignment, posture, flexibility and foundation are recorded and interpreted with the client. Then exercise prescription: first the foundation: Core; Flexibility. Then Weight Lifting, Peak 8 (cardio), Pilates, FUNnctional training and practical application of other modalities for Balance, Proprioception and overall physical ability in daily life.
