Introduction: I like helping people. It's really that simple. Sometimes people call me in a little bit of a panic, "I have to move out this weekend, or my landlord is going to charge me an additional months rent...Help". Because I am local, I can be at most locations in Santa Cruz, Scotts Valley, San Lorenzo Valley, all in under 30 minutes, and maybe 40 minutes to Watsonville and Salinas. Once they know I can help them ASAP, they calm down!

Ted has always come through or me. I've used his help quite a few times now, from going to San Jose to pick up something I found on Craigslist, to helping me deliver things I've sold on Craigslist - he's fast, efficient and careful. I only have a small KIA so there are definitely a LOT of things I need a truck & an extra set of hands for. Very affordable, reliable and professional!

Mark was tremendously professional, efficient, and responsive - we had a last minute, critical delivery for a charity gala and Mark was able to pull it off with 12 hours notice. He is incredibly friendly and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend his services.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Being in the Santa Cruz, CA area, I get a lot of students from UCSC who are wanting to move from a rental into a storage unit for the summer break. Then moving it all back into a rental the next year. So I get a lot of repeat customers this way. I also cater to seniors, as we have so many in the area on a fixed budget. Many seniors want to move items into storage or buy furniture on craigslist and have no way to pick it up, so they call me.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for someone who has been doing this type of work for a few years, not a few weeks. Look for someone who takes pride in their work and treats your personal belongings as if they are his/her own.
