- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My current profession, residential property management was an opportunity I seized on after my son was born. Looking to make more money and ensure I had housing seemed like a great choice. Little did I know the complexities or growth of the industry I would experience, especially the satisfaction from helping that young couple find their first "home" or those just needing a fresh start.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically I help develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase business traffic and generate sustainable referral sources. Also, I will help explain business finance and budgeting to increase cash flow and/or help reduce expenses. With new business owners I also assist in writing business plans to provide road map to banks and/or investors to acquire financing.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't look for someone who can only help with one area of your business. Look for someone who can help you truly face all challenges, now and in the future.
