- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer solutions for customers that can't afford to install one of our commercial grade systems we can recommend and lower cost option for security equipment and help you install it as well so customers on a budget we can help greatly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will get a phone call from a prospective client and they will inquire about security for either thier home or business and we will give pricing and availability over the phone and usually set and in home or in business appointments to go over each client's individual security needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My technicians and I are both licensed and back ground checked through the Burea of Security and Investigative Services and have continued education throughout the years on updating alarm and camera and access control equipment.
