- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set to be competitive. $15 per signature for most documents and $100.00 for loan signings. My travel cost is negotiable depending on the distance and time of day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a brief interview on the phone and verify that they have the required identification, and special requirements and that all necessary parties will be present at the signing. When I arrive I introduce and Identify myself. Next I give a brief overview of what the client should expect and what questions I'm legally allowed to answer. Once the clients questions regarding the process are answered then I proceed with the signing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified through the National Notary Association (NNA). I also attend trading classes to stay current in the industry.
