- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price is $15 per signature for notarization and in compliance with CA law (in some cases, according to CA code notarization is free). An additional fee is added for mobile notary service, starting at $40 within 10 miles of Fontana (Kaiser High School). I service the Inland Empire. Reasonable and competitive pricing is available for distances beyond 10 miles. Message me for a quote. I also provide apostille agent services. If you need a document apostilled for international business or education I have you covered. I will handle the process from start to finish. Contact me for a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned and insured Notary Public and certified loan signing agent with the National Notary Association.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent over 20 years in the mortgage industry auditing and reviewing thousands of loan documents. That experience taught me the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail—skills that translate perfectly into notarial work. I decided to build on that foundation and become a Notary Public, Apostille Agent, and Loan Signing Agent so I could continue helping clients handle their important documents with care and precision.
