FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the specific needs of each project. Factors like shoot time, location, editing, turnaround, and any extra production support all affect the final quote. We offer flat-rate pricing for many projects, and custom quotes for work that varies more in scope. We aim to be transparent about pricing from the start, and we’ll clearly explain what is included and any additional costs before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning more about the project, the customer’s goals, and the type of content they need. Then we confirm the scope, schedule, and pricing so everything is clear before the work begins. From there, we handle the shoot, complete the editing if needed, and deliver the final product with clear communication throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Film and Television Production from New York University, where I received formal training in cinematography, directing, editing, and overall video production. In addition to that foundation, I have years of hands-on professional experience producing photo and video work for a wide range of clients and projects. I also hold an FAA Part 107 license, which allows me to legally operate drones for commercial work when aerial coverage is needed.
