Melina guided me through several yoga vinyasa flow sessions, which have helped me in strengthening my core, and leg muscles.
She gives very clear directions in her class and guides you through the flow in a systematic manner. She came across as a very calm person, who cares about you and is all ears when you speak.
I highly recommend her as a personal yoga trainee.
