- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $100 service call, which is applied to any work that is involved in the quote, within 90 days. If the labor can be completed under $100, then the labor is covered by the service call. Parts separate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. The manufacturers offer ongoing training and, when it comes in my area and is not in conflict with a customer's job, I make sure to attend. I have been continuing in my educate for over 25 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I knew somebody in the business who was happy and successful and who offered me the opportunity to work with him and said it would be perfect for me. And it was.
