- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Basic websites start around $750. eCommerce sites start around $1,000. Hourly rate: $50-$75 depending on services. Monthly services available for you to have your own online Business Center and manage all your social media accounts and online listings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I think a personal connection is very important. :-) I usually start with an email and then a phone conversation. Whenever possible, I like to meet face to face.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Degree in Broadcast Journalism. I owned a media and production company and worked as a marketing director for a large national publishing company. Then became President of a multi-state Advertising and Design Agency. Extensive experience in Publishing, branding, design, copywriting, video production and web development.
