Designers who care about their craft create great work. You can often get an impression from people who will be good for your company after speaking with them about their past work. Ask them questions about what inspires them and you will quickly find out if they are the ones you are looking for.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
While the word is getting out about what we can do, I wish more people knew about us. Many of my clients tell me stories about the bad experiences that they've had with other companies and with every project that I create I work hard to make sure that we don't become one of those stories.
