Introduction: I am a Technical Writer with more than 15 years of experience creating, editing, and maintaining user manuals, online help, job aids, training tools, and other forms of documentation for developers and/or end-users. I also have five years of experience in C++ programming, creating and updating graphical user interfaces (GUIs). When I am not programming or writing, I assist in the maintenance of the networks, servers, thin clients, and backups. I have been writing "how-to" articles for a couple of websites (Help Desk Geek and Online Tech Tips) for more than a year and a half.
