He was great to work with. He fixed the toilet issue as well as added a line from our water filter system under the sink to our refrigerators ice maker. We will definitely hire him again.

I called GNP for fixing my water pressure reducer issue that was not regulating water pressure staying at about 100 PSI and also I had hot water low pressure issue in spite of flushing it out the water heater. June and Max came to fix it, although until the work is complete I was worried about water water line blockages somewhere.June stated that with 90% confidence he will fix it and also repair my water line pressure regulation issue by replacing the older Braukman regulator. He systematically removed the older pipe by carefully cutting it and installed a new pressure reducer. On the water heater low pressure issue, although it is 6 years old, June and Max removed older connecting flexible hose, valve and the pipe nipple, found the washer deteriorated and blocked the hot water flow from a improper prior installation. They cleaned up everything with fresh plumbing.I got my hot water pressure back again after a long time now.I am very impressed with their quality of workmanship, and happy that the problems want away to my satisfaction. His price is reasonable compared to water plumbers demand these days and I am a well satisfied customer!!

John Wes Mayyam from Good Neighbor Plumbing is very professional, sincere and transparent. I had a small leak in a plastic pipe in the front yard very close to the house, which was not a very big problem. Before meeting John, I met with a few other plumbers, several of which encouraged me to make big changes such as changing the whole water pipeline in the front yard, which I later learned is not necessary. John explained to me very clearly what needs to be done for the fix and what is not necessarily needed (no need to change the whole water pipeline, and definitely no need to change it to copper pipe, since plastic is better for my area). Then he and his man showed up on time and did exactly what he promised to do with great quality, no hassle, very smooth and nice experience for me as a client. I would highly recommend John and Good Neighbor Plumbing!
