My husband and I recently worked with the Benlo Remodeling team to remodel our 2 1/2 bathrooms. We choose Benlo's services after interviewing nearly ten different contractor firms. From our initial meeting to the final day of construction, the entire team—Ben, Lorena, Alejandra, Alphanso, Ansalmo, and Duban—was professional and wonderful to work with.
Alphanso and Ansalmo, who handled the onsite work, were friendly, attentive to our needs, and highly responsive to our feedback. They did an excellent job keeping our home clean throughout the process and were incredibly kind, patient and friendly.
Our designer, Alejandra accompanied me to select materials, provided great suggestions tailored to our taste, and seamlessly coordinated with vendors regarding pickups, extra orders, and delivery issues. Her detailed tracking sheet ensured items were ordered on time for a smooth workflow.
Additionally, Ben and Lorena were always accessible, visited the site frequently, answered our questions promptly, and kept the project on track and on schedule even with a few change orders.
Despite experiencing some external vendor delays and issues with the items we purchased, Benlo team stayed on top of every situation, answered our questions, offered great suggestions, and worked closely with us to resolve everything quickly and professionally. Overall, working with Benlo team was a wonderful experience, and we love the final result. We plan to work with Benlo Remodeling again for future projects and plan to recommend them to our friends and family.

We hired Benlo Remodeling for our primary bathroom after reaching out to three different companies for quotes. Ben and Lorena came in with the best price and were by far the most communicative and friendly, which made us feel confident we could trust them.
The whole process was professional from start to finish. Ally, our designer, was intentional and really guided us toward exactly the bathroom we had in mind. The crew did an amazing job on the finish and were also great about keeping the work site clean, respecting our home, and making sure our pets were safe before coming inside.
We absolutely love the end result and would not hesitate to recommend or hire them again.
