- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward. I charge an hourly rate with a minimum number of hours, and for larger projects I can provide a detailed estimate. This way, customers know exactly what to expect before the work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new customer, the first step is listening carefully to their needs and understanding the project. Then I provide an estimate and explain the scope of work, so everything is clear before we begin. Once the customer approves, I schedule the job, complete it with attention to detail, and make sure they are fully satisfied before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in the field for 15 years alongside professionals, and over that time I’ve learned all the important skills—electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywall, painting, and more.
