Ramo did an excellent job installing a smart lock in an old door, with all its quirks (the existing cutout wasn’t big enough). He was quick to schedule my request, a good communicator and friendly! Look forward to working with him again.

Ramo was seriously fantastic. He was the fastest to respond out of all the repair professionals I contacted even though I didn’t message him until well after standard business hours. I asked him to repair the doorknob, if possible, instead of replacing it and he put in truly valiant efforts to make that happen. I was very impressed by his work ethic and his creative, resourceful, outside-the-box thinking as he attempted to get the latch mechanism unstuck. It was like an episode of MacGyver. Unfortunately, the part that needed to be replaced inside of the doorknob in order to keep using the current doorknob was unavailable at the nearby Home Depot because it was an outdated model with a different shape. He offered to try to find that outdated part and come back another day to complete the job, but it didn’t seem worth it to make him do all that. So, in the end, the whole doorknob was replaced, but that was due to a lack of availability, not skill. On top of all that: he was a super nice, polite, chill guy; he worked fast; he responded quickly to texts and phone calls; and his pricing was very reasonable compared to other businesses. Would definitely hire him again.

Ramo swung by our place today to mount a 65" TV and a 4-foot diameter circular mirror. He gave me an estimate for when he'd show up, got here right on time, asked if he should take off his shoes (which is just so thoughtful since we're a shoes-off household!), and immediately started tackling the work. Within 20 minutes, he was already showing us our options (based on stud placement) for where the TV could be, and then we aligned on a placement, and BAM, it was up and perfectly placed! Then he switched over to the mirror and got that up in about 15 minutes. All told, he was at our place for maybe an hour at most and completely nailed everything on the first try. He was a joy to have around and worked quickly, professionally, and politely. Is it weird that I kinda hope something in our place breaks JUST so that I can text him and have him fix it? 😅 I can't recommend Ramo enough! You'll have a great time with him, and he will definitely deliver flawless results!

Very responsive and easy to coordinate with. He built my table alone in about ninety minutes even though many reviews said it could take eight hours. He also fixed a couple of drawers that were getting stuck. Fast, careful, and very reliable. Highly recommend.
