  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    My typical process for working with a new customer is, 1. Gather all the requirements. I will clearly understand what the client wants. 2. Find out the timeline to complete the project. I will set the expectations right and will be realistic with my time estimate to complete the project. 3. Start working on the project and create first draft to show to the customer. I will get his feed back and make changes if necessary. 4. Continue to work on the project and get client's feedback as I move along the project. 5. Keep in constant touch with the client and let him/her know the progress. I strongly feel, more communication is always better than less or no communication. 6. Once the project is completed, I will show it to the customer, make any changes if required until the customer is 100% satisfied with the final product and will get his sign off on the project.
