- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a fair price. Provide estimates ahead of time and project status updates so you know where the billing is at all times. 100% of projects stay at or under budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We spend one hour talking about your business over video conference. We discuss what has worked for you in the past, what hasn't and what your goals are moving forward. From their we create a 30 - 60 - 90 day plans with distinct performance metrics to help make sure everything is going according to plan. After that we implement the plan and meet for 30 minutes each week if necessary to discuss progress and any adjustments that need to be made.

The owner of the company has a Bachelors in Marketing and over 25 years marketing experience.
