Rachel Michaelov, EA is the founder and owner of Empire Tax Professionals, Inc. located in Central California. As an Enrolled Agent with the IRS, Rachel has represented taxpayers not only in New York and California, but throughout the United States. Prior to starting her own firm, Rachel managed over 10 staff accountants at various CPA firms, including Liberty Tax. She received her BS from Touro College, moving on to achieve both her Enrolled Agent designation from the Department of the Treasury, and her National Tax Professional Institute designation which requires a stringent, three-level program of study that covers all facets of representing clients before the IRS.
