Super responsive guy. Got back to my Thumbtack request within 30 minutes. Came out early morning the very next day. What I liked most about him is that he educates his customers in the process so that they don't feel left out. That's how it should always be. Very professional and punctual as well. Will definitely re-hire in the future for electrical (or other) needs!

Russell Castillo is awesome. We talked several times before the project was completed, waiting on parts, keeping me up to date. He's very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He even made a 30 minute trip up to the site each way just to make sure he wouldn't run into any problems before the parts arrived. I'm not looking to get rich on one job but I believe in a fair pay for hard day of work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come in assess it situation and if need be go and pick up any material needed and return property and finish the job as quickly and efficiently as possible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all my training has been Hands-On trial and error since I was 20 or so years old... I am now 52 so 30 years of trial-and-error have been my education
