The thing that I like the most about Russell was his punctuality. Also he examined the project and right away determined that he was going to make it work even if he had to rebuild it which he did. I am very pleased with the projects that he completed for me and I promise you he will get it right the first time. I will be using Russell for all of my projects in the future.

Russell explained everything he was doing. It wasn’t as easy a job as I thought but he kept at it until he found the problem. He was pleasant and the price was just as he said it would be plus the parts. Very pleased “Right the First Time”.

Russell Castillo is awesome. We talked several times before the project was completed, waiting on parts, keeping me up to date. He's very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He even made a 30 minute trip up to the site each way just to make sure he wouldn't run into any problems before the parts arrived. Russell was great. He showed up on time and evaluated the job. He then ran to the store to pick up the additional items needed for the work to be done the way I wanted it to be done. The entire time he was polite and courteous. I now have his contact information and will be calling him for future handyman jobs in the future.

I'm not looking to get rich on one job but I believe in a fair pay for hard day of work
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come in assess it situation and if need be go and pick up any material needed and return property and finish the job as quickly and efficiently as possible
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all my training has been Hands-On trial and error since I was 20 or so years old... I am now 52 so 30 years of trial-and-error have been my education
