Introduction
My name is Vondre Joseph. Before I became a fitness trainer, I myself was overweight a total 385 lbs, had high blood pressure and cholesterol, and was boarder line diabetic. Now in my own personal experience of working out properly using the right form, technique and keeping a healthy nutrition plan I was able to lose 166lbs and put on a significant amount of muscle. During this process I fell in love with fitness and decided to go through the proper school to become a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer with International Sports Sciences Association. Now I can fulfill my passion to help others achieve their life changing fitness and health goals as someone who they can relate to and see for themselves if they put in the work, time, energy and effort they can achieve all their goals too. I provide all the necessary tools for a lifestyle change by creating clients a workout routine specific to each and every clients individual goals and needs, teaching proper form and technique, coaching and motivating them in and outside the gym if desired, accountability to keep them on track with their new lifestyle change, and in addition having the ability to create a nutrition plan to assistant them in their specific goals

With my being new to fitness and not much gym experience I was a little hesitant on having a personal trainer but Vondre is very professional and understanding every session he helps me constantly with making sure my form is correct so I do everything properly and he motivates me to dig deep and above all when I don't understand something he breaks it down to me so I can get it. he is very easy to talk to and is always at the gym before I even get there two thumps up for Royal Fitness

my last two trainers were women and they were nice trainers but I wasn't hitting my goals so I sought out a male trainer and royal fitness has been amazing In the last 4,months of training with him i have been putting on muscle and been shredding fat the way i had hoped his routines are great they kick my butt

Great Trainer. Workouts are doable but intense. The meal plan he gives are simple easy meals that taste delicious and you can add your spin to them. I Would highly recommend to friends and family

Truly recommend Vondre to anyone who's wanting to lose weight, gain muscle or whatever their need maybe. I've been working out with Vondre three days a week since July 4. Vondre dedicates his time, effort and motivates me to accomplish my goals. So far I've dropped from 285 to 275 in about 15 session with him. Every day I work out with him I always leave the gym sore which means it was a good workout. On top of that hes flexible with your schudele and that the man plan out knows his stuff very knowledgeable from nutrition to exercise. Very Happy with my experience with him so far.
