- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My personal training sessions are $50 each. This includes a customized workout plan, coaching on proper form and technique, nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability to help you reach your goals. I aim to provide maximum value so clients can see real results without feeling overwhelmed or overcharged There is a Minimum 2 session per week Payment structure is Weekly or bi-weekly or monthly
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I start with a new client, I first learn about their goals, fitness history, and lifestyle. From there, I create a personalized workout plan designed to meet their objectives, focusing on proper form and technique to maximize results and prevent injury. I also provide guidance on nutrition, accountability, and motivation to help them stay on track. Each plan is tailored to the individual, so whether someone is aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, or overall health improvement, we build a program that works for them and fits their life

I am certified through the ISSA international Sports Science Association as well as CPR Certified
