Lorenzo helped me get started on a plan to get back in shape after my 3rd child. At the time I was feeling defeated, had a lot of weight to lose and needed help knowing where to begin, but he was so encouraging and gave me both hope & structured, simple plan. I followed his plan that emphasized both strength & circuit training for the next 4 months, becoming the strongest I have ever been. I had always relied on cardio classes before, but following his plan helped me learn how to work out on my own. I highly recommend Z70fitness!

Lorenzo Was my trainer for 2 years. He had great nutritional information was ready to answer any fitness and nutritional I had. Also Lorenzo was a great motivation during our sessions.
