- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try hard to give my customers a price that is fair to them and to me. Once I give a firm estimate I do not raise the cost unless the customer adds additional work that was not included in the estimate. Even if takes me additional time to complete the work, our agreed upon price will not change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like seeing the work that's needs to be done so that I am better able to give an accurate estimate. I always offer free estimates.
